Land Buying, Acquisition & Deeds Transference Process

With our Ltd purchasing land is a simple process:
- Select an available plot
- Either telephone or email to reserve, or complete a reservation form
- Pay a non-refundable £495.00 administration fee to remove your plots from the market for 14 days of receipt
- The Sales Memorandum and Contract Papers will be sent from our solicitor to your chosen solicitor with exchange of contracts required within 14 days. Our can recommend a firm of solicitors that can offer special rates and exchange comfortably within the required time. A 10% deposit must be received by your solicitor as cleared funds within such 14 days
- Once this money has been received by our solicitor, your solicitor will exchange contracts on your behalf
- You will then have a short period, usually 21 days, to pay the final 90% of the plot value to your solicitor
- Your solicitor will forward to our solicitor the signed transfer and the balance of completion monies and the purchase will be complete.
- Once completion has taken place you will own the plot Freehold Absolute
Your solicitor will then register the plot as the new owner and you will receive your title deeds from HM Land Registry
